It’s finally cooling off (a brisk 70 degrees is cool to us). We’ve busted out our cozy sweaters and long sleeve workout gear! We are brainstorming our favorite HEALTHY soup options for the fall. Lots of vegetables and protein with great flavor that we can freeze. Here are our TOP 5 Soups for Cool Weather!

We found this 21 Day fox recipe and had all the ingredients on hand. Greek yogurt was a great touch to help cool it down and we love adding avacado and cilantro to anything Mexican!
