Football Season is Baaaack!

Jenifer is beyond excited for football season to be back. We have so many traditions that go along with football. Fantasy drafts, Sunday Bloody Mary competitions, lots of gatherings with friends to enjoy the game and an annual Super Duper Super Bowl party! Can you tell we use any excuse to get together. In honor of the season opener we came up with this quick workout inspired by Von Miller!

10 Resistance Band Chest Press
10 Resistance Band Rows
10 Leg Raise W/ Throw Downs
20 Russian Twists W/ Plate
Sprint & Plank
10 Kettlebell Swings & Squats
Repeat 3 times
